1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyHorseBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious files or content that infringes on others' rights.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MyHorseBase. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your horse records, photos, or farm data.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyHorseBase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using MyHorseBase at any time. Workspace owners can clear their own stable data using the Reset Workspace tool in Settings. MyHorseBase does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion button; to have your account and the personal data attached to it deleted, email info@myhorsebase.com and we will verify your request and delete it, subject to the retention exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
