Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

The Starter plan is free and requires no payment. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Pro (€9/month) and Business (€39/month) plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Settings page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free Starter plan.

4. Refunds

• We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied.
• Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Changes to Pricing

We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are locked into their current rate until their next renewal after the change.
