Founding Stables programme
We are working with a small group of yards, studs and riding schools to shape MyHorseBase around real stable work. Founding Stables get three months of the full system at no cost, personal onboarding, and hands-on help moving existing horse, health and finance records across.
Places are released in limited intakes and every application is reviewed, so acceptance is not automatic. The current number of remaining places is shown live on this page once it loads — this page does not reserve or promise a place on its own.
What is included
- Three months of full access: horses, health, tasks, breeding, feed, tack, travel, finance and the owner portal.
- A guided setup call and help importing your existing records.
- Direct line to the team, and real influence over what gets built next.
- No card required to apply, and no automatic charge when the programme ends.
Who we are looking for
Working yards that will actually use the system daily: livery and boarding stables, breeding operations with mares in foal, riding schools running lesson timetables, and competition barns managing travel paperwork. Size matters less than intent to use it properly.
How to apply
The application form on this page asks for your stable name, country, roughly how many horses you manage and what you use today. It takes about two minutes. We reply to every application.
Questions
What does a Founding Stable get?
Three months of the full MyHorseBase system at no cost, personal onboarding, help moving existing records across, and direct influence on the roadmap. No card is required to apply.
Is a place guaranteed?
No. The programme runs in limited intakes and applications are reviewed. The live number of remaining places is shown on the page when it loads; applying does not guarantee acceptance.
What happens after the three months?
Nothing is charged automatically and no data is deleted. The stable moves back to the plan that applies to it, and you can choose a paid plan if you need the professional features. No card is stored during the programme.
